English Championship side Hull City have entered negotiations to try and sign Ghana striker Benjamin Tetteh in the summer, Footballghana.com can exclusively report.
The 24-year-old striker is said to be on Hull’s radar, having scored seven goals and provided three assists for Yeni Malatyaspor in 26 Turkish Super Lig outings during the 2021-22 campaign.
This summer is the first full transfer window that new Tigers owner Acun Ilicali will be in charge for, and he’s set to back manager Shota Arveladze in rebuilding his squad at the MKM Stadium as they look to climb the Championship table in 2022-23.
Hull City are currently 19th on the league table with 51 points after 46 matches played.
Tetteh joined Yeni Malatyaspor from Sparta Praha for 2 million euros in 2021.
He has three years left on his current contract with Malatyaspor.
Tetteh made his debut for the Ghana national team on October 9 2021 in a World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe.
