Two Ghanaian players eligible to represent Ghana at the senior national team level, Jan Gyamerah and Gideon Jung have been discovered in German, footballghana.com can report.
The pair currently play for Hamburg in the German Bundesliga 2 where they have established themselves as key players.
Jan Gyamerah, 24, was born in Berlin but is of Ghanaian descent. The full-back has seen significant development in the past year and continues to perform at the top level with HSV.
Gideon Jung on the other hand who is 25 years old has featured for Germany at the youth level but is still eligible to switch nationality and player for Ghana at the senior level.
He plays as a defensive midfielder with his last appearance for the German youth team coming 6 years ago.
Both Jan Gyamerah and Gideon Jung have the potential and could turn out to be assets for Ghana if they continue with their current form.
