Fiorentina midfielder Alfred Duncan has stated that the return of fans to the stadium is important for the club.
Over the year, the Serie A has mostly been playing behind closed doors. However, a decision has been made ahead of the new season to allow 80% of stadium capacity to be filled by fans.
In an interview, Duncan highlighted the importance of the return of fans.
"For us it is very important that the fans come back because the fans make up 80% of the team and they give us a great hand. We can't wait to find them at the stadium because they are very important to us," Alfred Duncan stated in an event held in the retreat of Moena, in Val di Fassa.
He also stated that new coach, Vicenzo Italiano, has the tools to help the team.
“Mister Italiano has an idea of the game that this year can be useful to us because we have been coming for two particular years. We are all ready to learn and follow him, I think he is very prepared,” Alfred Duncan added.
