Goalkeeper Felix Annan has been given the chance to prove he is worthy of being the first choice goalkeeper of Asante Kotoko after being handed a starting role in the team’s friendly match against Odweanoma FC this afternoon.
The highly-rated shot-stopper lost his starting role in the Porcupine Warriors team last season after he took time mid-way through the season to get married.
While his lack of playing time handed room for speculations and controversies, the possibility of being the main man at Kotoko in the upcoming season has become slimmer with the recruitment of Razak Abalora.
Meanwhile, Felix Annan has today been given the chance to audition for the starting position in the Maxwell Konadu team.
The manager has started the former WAFA man as the Reds take on Odweanoma FC in a pre-season friendly match in Koforidua.
