Finnish champions KuPS sign Ghanaian midfielder Bismark Adjei-Boateng

Finnish champions KuPS have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Bismark Adjei-Boateng on a free transfer, Footballghana.com can report.

Adjei-Boateng penned a one-year deal with an option for another one year after passing his mandatory medicals and completing the formalities.

The former Manchester City ace has been club-less since terminating his contract with MLS side Colorado Rapids in July, 2019.

''This is a good step for me and I will show how good a player I am and everything I can do,'' Boateng said.

He described by saying: ''I am a midfielder and the best role for me is where I get to participate in the game as possible over a wide area.

''I am physically strong and running buttery player, but I can also make a incursions close to the penalty area and to score goals.''

The Ghanaian spent four seasons at Norwegian side Strømsgodset IF after joining them in 2012 on loan from City.

The former Right to Dream midfielder made 101 appearances and scored 18 goals across all competitions.
