Ghana international Thomas Partey has been handed a starting role for Arsenal in the team’s encounter against Newcastle United this evening.
The midfielder who was missing in action in December 2020 as a result of an injury setback featured for the Gunners over the weekend when they drew against Crystal Palace.
Back to full fitness and in good shape, Thomas Partey has today been named in the starting eleven of the Arsenal team hosting Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium at 20:00GMT.
The team’s manager Mikel Arteta has handed the former Atletico Madrid man an important role in the midfield and will be pivotal for the team as they push for the maximum three points.
