Former EPL defender Titus Bramble watches Hearts of Oak’s GPL opener against Berekum Chelsea

Former Sunderland FC defender Titus Bramble was at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday afternoon to watch Accra Hearts of Oak’s match against Berekum Chelsea in the opening weekend of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.

The ex-defender who played in the English Premier League in the past is in Ghana and decided to treat himself to some football action at the start of the country’s top-flight light.

In a Twitter post prior to the kick-off of the match between Hearts of Oak and Berekum Chelsea, Titus Bramble shared, “Good to be here for the first game of the season for Hearts of Oak against Berekum Chelsea in the Ghanaian Premier League”.

The match eventually ended 1-0 in favour of Berekum Chelsea who returned home with all 3 points.

Currently an academy coach at Ipswich Town, Titus Bramble played for the likes of Ipswich Town, Colchester United, Newcastle United, Wigan Athletic, Sunderland and Stowmarket Town.
