Former Ghana Football Association boss Alhaji MND Jawula wants the Ghana Football Association to hand the vacant Black Stars coaching job to a top local coach.

According to Alhaji Jawula, a top local coach with good credentials should be handed the job.

In an interview with Graphic Sports, Jawula stated,” It is good that the Ministry of Youth and Sports are reportedly vouching for a local coach.”

“That has been my stand all this while but whoever the committee appoints must have a pro-license other than that he has business coaching the Black Stars, which is one of the top teams in Africa brand.”

“My advise to the GFA is that they should head-hunt but I can’t mention names because I will be bias. They should just appoint a head coach and two assistants, all being Ghanaians.”
