Fortuna Düsseldorf midfielder Kelvin Ofori has been handed a three-match ban following his sending off in the U23 Regionalliga West.
The 18-year-old has received further punishment after an assault on a Bonn SC player who had fouled him.
His unacceptable behaviour on the pitch forced referee Florian Heien in the 28th minute.
The sports court of the German Football Association (DFB) confirmed the ban on Ofori for his violent behaviour.
Ofori joined the Bundesliga side in the summer of 2019 from Right to Dream Academy.
