Former Hearts of Oak midfielder, Francis Bossman is calling on the club to allow Coach Edward Nii Odoom to work under new head coach Kosta Papic to build his capacity.
Having worked as the head of the technical team of the Phobians since last season, Coach Odoom has now been demoted from the position to make way for the Serbian tactician who has now been officially appointed.
While Coach Odoom is now set to work with the junior team of Hearts of Oak, Francis Bossman wants the club to allow him to work under Kosta Papic in the capacity of an assistant.
“Hearts of Oak should not sack coach Nii Odoom but rather let him work under Papic because he built the team so he will be a good asset to Papic. They should work together,” the former Hearts midfielder told Happy FM.
Francis Bossman continued, “When he came during our time, there were new players but right now he has a team which coach Nii Odoom built so he will do well.”
Meanwhile, Kosta Papic is officially going to work with veteran coach Asare Bediako as his assistant.
