Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard has charged English youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi to emulate wingers William Borges and Christian Pulisic.
The 19-year-old displayed outstanding form last season but is finding it difficult to really impress this season.
Though injury setbacks have not helped him, many were expecting him to step up after making full recovery.
In an interview, his manager Frank Lampard has charged him to put in a lot of work and learn from Willian and Christian Pulisic.
“He needs to work hard daily in training and when he gets his opportunities really show input in games.
“We’re seeing what Christian Pulisic and Willian are doing. Callum needs to show something similar. They can make impacts in their own ways”, the manager said.
Callum Hudson-Odoi remains a key member for the Chelsea team with his manager bent on giving him his chances.
