Ghana Football Association Opens Registration For 2019/20 Domestic Season

Ghana FA Normalization Committee has officially launched plans to start the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League campaign with registration of players and officials scheduled for Monday, October 14 to December 13, 2019.

This is in accordance with Article 28 of the Ghana FA regulations that usually gives platform for the players and other club officials officially register into the general database for the season ahead.

Clubs across the Ghana Premier League, National Division One League, and the lower Tiers are advised to update their players and officials database as football draws closer to the local scene after a year absence.

It is not quite sure the legal issues around the Ghana FA Presidential race will end anytime soon despite the declarations from the interim managerial body in charge of Ghana football.

Accra Great Olympics and King Faisal have protracted protests cases with the Ghana Football Association and are set for showdown on October 25, 2019 with the chance of getting topflight status that will increase the premier league representations to 18.

The official reinstatement of Phar Rangers into the second tier also means that one club from that zone will drop to the division two ahead of the Elective Congress on October 25.
