Ghana assistant coach George Boateng was spotted in the stands when Bristol City played West Bromwich Albion in the English Championship on Tuesday.

Boateng, who has been monitoring Ghanaian players ahead of the World Cup was at the Ashton Gate Stadium to watch Antoine Semenyo when Bristol City inflicted a 2-1 win over their opponent.

Semenyo did not disappoint, providing an assist for his side winning goal last night.

The forward who was making his third consecutive start lasted 77 minutes before he was replaced on the pitch.

Ghana international Antoine Semenyo is expected to make it in Ghana's squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The forward has scored three goals and provided two assists in 11 matches this season so far.
