Ghana-born Timothy Fosu-Mensah is likely to join German side Borussia Monchengladbach during the summer transfer window.
According to reports in the UK, Monchengladbach have met representatives of the 19-year old to inquire about his availability.
Fosu Mensah has played just a game for Jose Mounrinho's Manchester this season and that situation could force him out of the club.
