Ghana defender, Abdul Baba Rahman is gutted as Reading were held to a 3-3 draw by Queens Park Rangers in the English Championship on Saturday.

The 27-year-old made his debut for the Royals, having joined them from Chelsea on a season-long loan deal.

Rahman had to wait to play his first game after joining the club owing to FIFA World Cup qualifications for Qatar 2022.

He played the full match, helping his club overcome an early own goal to record a 3-3 score with Queens Park Rangers.

“Delighted with my debut today [Saturday] but gutted we could not hold on for all three points,” Baba wrote on his social media pages.

“We have to change that on Tuesday. The fans were also amazing till the end.”

Reading came back from a goal down to take a 3-1 lead because of John Swift's hat-trick, which included a goal in the first half and two in the second.

Andre Gray scored the visitors' second goal 11 minutes after the final whistle before Stefan Johansen sealed the win at 3-3 late into added time.
