Ghana international defender Baba Abdul Rahman is among the Chelsea squad that has traveled to Ireland to continue their pre-season training.
The enterprising left-back who joined Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki in the January transfer window returned to parent club after expiring of his contract.
The 27-year-old has since being training with the Blues and was instrumental when the side defeated lower-tier outfit Peterborough United 6-1 in pre-season friendly last Saturday.
He climbed off the bench to provide an assist in the game.
The 2020/21 Champions League winners who ended first part of their pre-season at the Cobham training grounds jetted off to Ireland to continue their preparations with the Ghanaian player making the squad.
The Blues will be based in Dublin and are expected to play a friendly match on Thursday.
