Odoi, who recently joined the Belgium Pro League outfit, wasted no time in getting started with training, which intensified on Friday as the team ramps up preparations for the upcoming season.

The 36-year-old defender made the move to Royal Antwerp as a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Club Brugge, another Belgian club where he spent nearly three years.

Odoi's new deal with Antwerp spans two years, keeping him at the club until 2026.

His arrival at Royal Antwerp is seen as a significant addition, bolstering their squad ahead of the new football season.

Known for his versatility and experience, Odoi contributed three goals in 39 appearances across various competitions during the recently concluded season in Belgium.

Before returning to Belgium in January 2022, Odoi had a notable stint in the English Premier League with Fulham FC, where he spent over five years after initially moving from KSC Lokeren in 2016.
