Ghana international, Joseph Aidoo was in action for his Celta Vigo outfit on Tuesday evening when the side locked horns with Girona.
In the Round 36 encounter of the Spanish La Liga, the defender started in the heart of his team’s defense.
He will go on to last the entire duration of the match as both teams settled for a 1-1 draw.
During the game, Celta Vigo played better in the first half and scored in the 42nd minute.
The strike from Carles Perez was enough to send the home team into the break with a slim lead.
However, the efforts of Girona in the second half meant that the team also scored in the 59th minute through Christhian Stuani to restore parity to the game.
With his appearance today, Joseph Aidoo has now made 34 appearances for Celta Vigo in the Spanish La Liga this season.
He has scored three goals and remains a key player for his team.
