Ghana defender Lawrence Lartey ready for Tunisian challenge

Former Ghana Youth star Lawrence Lartey says he is ready for the new challenge following his move to Tunisian outfit Club African.

The former Ashantigold player joined Club African from South African side Ajax Cape Town where he spent two successful years.

Lawrence Lartey was part of the Ashantigold team that won the Ghana Premier League two season ago before leaving the shores of the country to ply his trade abroad.

The 23 year old said after his move to the thirteen times Tunisian champions that he wants settle down quickly and get his career rolling.

“Yes I’m cool with the move, I am praying the good Lord will see me through here,” he said.

“This is a different environment, the language and other stuffs but I am hopeful I can make the hapy as well as the management too.” He added.

The former Black Satellites captain signed a three year deal that will see him remain at the club till 2020.
