Ghana FA IT boss Francis Adu gets CAF IT job at 2021 AFCON

Director of the IT Department of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Mr. Francis Adu Essah has left the shores of Ghana for Cameroun ahead of the 2022 African Cup of Nations.

The GFA IT Director has been appointed by CAF to provide IT support services for the Confederation of African Football (CAF) during the entire duration of the tournament.

Mr. Adu has been hailed by FIFA and CAF for his leadership on the excellent execution of the FIFA Connect system and the Competitions Management System (CMS) in Ghana.

Other CAF organized tournaments in which the IT boss has provided support includes AWCON Ghana 2018, AFCON Egypt 2019 and CHAN Cameroon 2021.

He has also guided and offered IT training to some federations across the African continent including Gambian FA in Gambia , Djibouti FA in Djibouti , Namibia FA in Namibia, Cameroon FA in Ghana, Nigerian FA in Ghana and Niger FA in Ghana.
