Former Black Stars coach Kwasi Appiah is set to be reappointed as coach of the Black Stars.
Appiah is making a return to the team after leaving the post in 2014.
The former Asante Kotoko player is believed to have topple two other coaches, Hugo Broos and Willy Sagnol in the interview process.
The GFA is expected to hand the Al Khartoum trainer a two year contract with the target of qualifying the team to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
