Ghana international, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has indicated that he is confident his FC St. Gallen outfit will not be relegated at the end of the 2020/2021 Swiss Super League season.
Although the team excelled last season and even came close to winning the league title, they have struggled this season and now find themselves in danger of battling relegation if they do not finish strongly.
Asked whether FC St. Gallen is under pressure, Lawrence Ati-Zigi says his team is focused and optimistic they will stay in the Super League at the end of the campaign.
"No. We're all focused and determined, so it's not something that scares us,” the Black Stars goalkeeper said in an interview as quoted by blick.ch.
This season, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has featured in all 32 matches of FC St. Gallen and will be key for the side in the final games of the season.
