Ghana international, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has noted that he believes he deserves the recent increase in his value.

The value of the FC St. Gallen goalkeeper has gone up significantly following his impressive displays in the Swiss Super League with FC St. Gallen.

The Ghana international in the January transfer window of 2020 earned a move from French lower-tier outfit Sochaux to join the Swiss top-flight club.

After cementing a place in the FC St. Gallen team, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has never looked back but continues to give out his best to help the team.

At the time he moved to Switzerland, the value of the Black Stars goalkeeper was 328,020 Swiss francs, according to “Transfermarkt”.

Six months later, his value increased to a little over a million at the end of the season.

As he continues to dazzle for FC St. Gallen in the ongoing 2020/2021 football season, Ati-Zigi’s stock has continued to rise with his value now over 2 million euros.

Commenting on the increase in his value, the goalkeeper said "I think I deserve it,” as quoted by blick.ch.
