In an interview, the former Udinese star urged the technical handlers of the national team to augment the squad before the mundial despite the quality in the team.

“Truth be told, we have quality in the Black Stars but we have to also beef up the team. We have to bring some players on board and that is a fact. We need to beef the team because we are going to the highest stage in world football which is the World Cup” he said.
