Ghana international Mubarak Wakaso sent off in Alaves defeat to Granada

Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso was shown a red card in Deportivo Alaves 3-1 loss to Granada in the Spanish La Liga on Saturday afternoon.

Wakaso was introduced in the 36th minute of the game for injured Tomas Tina and receive his first yellow card four minutes after coming on.

The Ghanaian then received his marching orders in the 67th minute of the game in what is his first red card of the season.

Wakaso has received nine yellow cards and a red card in 14 league matches so far this season.

He is yet to scored or register an assist for Alaves despite being one of the most performers for the side.

Deportivo Alaves sits 16th on the league table after 16 game with 18 points.
