Ghana midfielder Edwin Gyimah will play his second season at Orlando Pirates in next season’s South African Premier League. Gyimah who joined Pirates from Mpumalanga Aces last season is hoping to have a wonderful season after emerging as one of the club’s best players in last season’s league.

“I know very well that Pirates is a very competitive team and I have to really improve in every game,” Gyimah said

“We are determined to build on the strong finish to league and get the club back to winning trophies under the new manager.”

Pirates finished 7th last season in the ABSA Premier League with head coach Eric Tinkler paying the ultimate price for the disappointing season.
