Ghanaian international Rabiu Mohammed could not last the entire duration in his debut match for his new club Paris FC after he was sent off in his side’s goalless draw against Le Havre in the French Ligue 2.
The hardworking defensive midfielder joined the lower division side on a free transfer this summer.
Having gradually settled into the club, he was handed his league debut on Friday night when they traveled to Stade Océane to play as guests to Le Havre.
Rabiu, unfortunately, could not stay on the pitch to witness the halftime whistle. He was giving the marching orders on the 45th minute after receiving a second yellow card.
Despite the man advantage, Le Havre could not find a way past the defense of Paris FC and had to settle for a scoreless draw at the end of the 90 minutes.
Fellow Ghanaian Ernest Boahene who also plays for Paris FC was not part of the away side’s matchday squad
Meanwhile, Le Havre attacker Ebenezer Assifuah was introduced into the game on the 61st minute.
