Ghana international, Thomas Partey started for Arsenal on Tuesday night when the team put Chelsea to the sword in the English Premier League.

The experienced Black Stars midfielder started for his team today in a Week 29 encounter of the league campaign.

In a game played at Emirates Stadium, Thomas Partey was unplayable especially in the first half as he dictated play for Arsenal.

Having lasted 72 minutes of the contest, the Ghana midfielder impressed throughout his stay on the pitch and contributed to his team’s big win.

On the matchday, Arsenal had a narrow lead at halftime thanks to an early goal from Leandro Trossard.

In the second half, both Ben White and Kai Harvetz netted braces to propel Arsenal to post a heavy 5-0 victory over Chelsea.

The win takes Arsenal back to the top of the English Premier League table while Chelsea stays in 9th on the log.
