Footballghana.com can report that Ghanaian international, Yusif Rahman Chibsah is close to completing his move from Serie B side Frosinone Calcio to Turkish club Gaziantep FK.

The hard-working midfielder impressed for his club throughout the 2018/2019 season where he managed to bag one goal after making 32 appearances in all competitions.

Though his performance could not save the side from relegation, he has attracted interest from a host of clubs including the Turkish top-flight side.

According to reports from credible sources, the 26-year-old is close to making the switch and the deal could be completed within the next 24 hours if he passes his mandatory medical examination.

The former US Sassuolo youth player is expected to sign a two-year deal with the Super Lig outfit to help them battle with the big boys in the league in the 2019/2020 season.

If the deal goes through, Yusif Rahman Chibsah will become the second Ghanaian player to join the club in the ongoing transfer window after Aziz Tetteh, who recently joined from Russian outfit Dinamo Moscow.
