Published on: 28 February 2020

Liberty Professionals are in search of an inspiration as they await the arrival of Karela United in Dansoman.

The Scientific Soccer lads have lost three of their last five matches (W1 D1 L3), bringing some concerns in the camp. They lost 2-1 to Bechem on matchday 11.

David Ocloo’s men are currently in 13th place with 13 points. They have scored 16 and conceded one less, showing that they need some work at the back. A victory over Karela will provide a huge lift to the team.

Karela are also in search of their first win in five games. They lost two of their last four fixtures (D2 L2). In their most recent league match, they were held to a 0-0 draw by Hearts of Oak.

The Ayinase-based club are 16th on the table with just 10 points. They have scored nine goals so far and conceded 12.

In their last league meeting, Liberty beat Karela by a solitary goal.
