Ghana striker Ebenezer Assifuah has been named in the French Ligue 2 Team of the Week after the opening game of the season.
The former FC Sion striker scored the opening goal in the 9th minute as his side won 3-0 at Tours last Friday. The 23 year old was voted man of the match in the game.
The under-20 star lasted 73 minutes in the game and substituted by Alimani Gory.
He joined the side in February after joining in the winter transfer window from Swiss side FC Sion.
Assifuah was with the Ghana team at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations finals in Gabon.
