Ghana striker Jordan Ayew aiming to play in Europe with Crystal Palace

Ghana striker, Jordan Ayew has reiterated he is aiming to play in Europe with club side, Crystal Palace in the near future.

The 28 year old who joined Palace in 2018 from Swansea City and went on to finish top scorer for the Eagles in the 2019/2020 season, helping Roy Hodgson’s side maintain their Premier League status.

In an interview with Crystal Palace’s media team, Ayew disclosed hopes of finishing within the European places with Palace in the near future.

“For Palace, I just hope that we manage to be in the top 10 and one day be in Europe," he said.

“That’s my wish for Palace and for me personally.

“As players, we all want to have great seasons and play in the best competitions, so that is my hope and my wish for Palace,” he added.

The former Aston Villa forward has scored just once in the ongoing Premier League season with the Eagles.

Jordan Ayew has made more than 85 appearances for Crystal Palace since joining in 2018.
