Ghana U-17 to resume camping in August

The Black Starlets of Ghana will resume camping in August ahead of the FIFA under-17 world cup in India, in October.

 

The Black Starlets are returning to the world stage after a decade of absence.

 

Ghana were runners up at the Africa Junior Champions in Gabon where they lost to Mali in the finals.

 

The team that returned from Gabon has been disperse with the players joining their respective clubs.

 

However, Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin, whose objective is to win the World Cup will recall the team to begin preparations in August for the world cup in October.

 

Ghana were semifinalist a decade ago in Korea when they lost to Germany- a team that had Toni Kroos-in the third and fourth play-off.
