Ghana international Frank Acheampong has been named in the Chinese Super League Team of the Month for May after impressing for Shenzhen FC.
Acheampong was brilliant for Shenzhen FC last month and has therefore been included in the top performers.
He featured in all games in the month of May and contributed immensely to help his side to secure some important wins.
Acheampong's brilliance was on full display as he propelled Shenzhen FC to a remarkable comeback victory over Meizhou Hakka in the Chinese Super League.
The former RSC Anderlecht player played a pivotal role in turning the tide of the game after his team fell behind by two goals.
His outstanding performance propelled his outfit to record a 3-2 comeback win over their opponent.
The 29-year-old winger has already contributed four goals and two assists in 11 matches this season.
Shenzhen FC are 12th on the league standings with 11 points after 12 games.
