Ghana international, Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer has disclosed that he loves eating fufu a lot.

According to him, the Ghanaian local dish is his favourite food to eat as well as jollof rice.

According to the Hamburger SV forward, there was one time he ate fufu and ended up scoring a goal for his club.

Although he indicates that he does not know how to prepare fufu and jollof rice, Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer says it’s always a vibe when his father cooks the two dishes for him.

“I would say, Fufu or Jollof rice [my favourite]. I can’t cook, my father can. Always when I’m in Berlin he is cooking for me but for me, I don’t know how to cook. Two weeks ago I was in Berlin and I eat fufu, the next week I scored,” Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer told Ghanaweb.

Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer has been invited by Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton to play for Ghana in the game against Madagascar in the qualifiers for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

He is also part of the Ghana U23 squad that will be playing at the 2023 U23 AFCON.
