Ghanaian youngster Musah Nuhu was left in awe after making his debut for FC St. Gallen in their heavy home victory over FC Zurich on Wednesday evening.

Nuhu played his first match for FC St. Gallen in the Swiss Super League where he impressed throughout the game for the Green and White lads as they recorded a 3-1 win over FC Zurich at the Kybub Stadium.

He previously featured for the U-23 team and made five appearances with a goal to his credit since his arrival in August 2018.

The 22-year-old defender earned promotion to the senior team following his mouthwatering performance at the U23 side.

"It was a great feeling to start the match. I was very happy when I heard my name in the starting line up," Nuhu told Kickgh.com

"I'm hoping for more playing time"

The former WAFA captain was in action alongside his former teammate at WAFA Majeed Ashimeru who bagged a goal for FC St. Gallen.

Nuhu joined the Swiss top-flight club on a season-long deal from WAFA last summer.
