Ghanaian defender Rashid Sumaila has named in the Kuwaiti Premier League Team of the Week following his impressive for Al Qadsia as they thrashed Al Tadhamom 3-0.
The 26-year-old was a rock at the heart of defence alongside his defensive partners to ensure they kept another clean sheet.
The former Asante Kotoko ace has been one of the standout players at the club since he returned from his loan spell at Red Star Belgrade at the beginning of the season.
Al Qadsia are yet to concede a goal after two games, they are currently on top of the league log with six points after two games.
