Ghanaian forward Basit Abdul Khalid signs for Makedonija GjP

Ghanaian international, Basit Abdul Khalid has completed his move to Northern Macedonian Premier League side Makedonija GjP, footballghana.com can report.

The club has been chasing the striker for quite some time now and has finally reached an agreement to secure his services.

The 23-year-old attacker has inked a 2-year contract that will be expected to expire in the summer of 2022.

Abdul Basit Khalid has joined the club with a lot of prospects and will hope to find his rhythm in the team as soon as possible when he links up with his new teammates.

During the 2019/2020 football season, the forward played for Albanian side Teuta Durrës. In the campaign that was rocked with the forceful suspension at some point due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Basit only made 9 appearances for his team.

The former Dreams FC man is optimistic about playing more for his new club next season to help them challenge for laurels.
