The 27-year-old featured for the English lower-tier club in their emphatic 4-1 away win over Rushall Olympic.
Mensah scored a brace to help his side progress to the next stage of the the FA Cup, ending Rushall Olympics journey.
Redditch opened the scoring through Robbie Bunn before Mensah doubled the lead few minutes later.
The lead was halved by the hosts but Ryan Boothie restored the two goal lead just before half time.
