Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Osman was among the scorers as FC Nordsjaelland and Midtjylland played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in the Danish Superligaen on Monday afternoon.

The pre-match head-to-head record favored Midtjylland, who had 24 wins to Nordsjaelland's 15, with 11 draws between the two sides.

Osman, who has been a key player for Nordsjaelland this season, started the game at the Right to Dream Park and lasted 78 minutes. Despite Nordsjaelland having more possession, it was Midtjylland who had more shots on goal.

The scoring was opened in the 11th minute by Osman, who scored with a left-footed shot from the center of the box, assisted by Daniel Svensson. Benjamin Nygren then scored two goals in quick succession, in the 16th and 36th minutes, to give Nordsjaelland a commanding 3-0 lead.

However, Midtjylland mounted a comeback in the latter stages of the first half, with Franculino Djú pulling a goal back in the 38th minute, and Mads Bech scoring in stoppage time to make it 3-2.

The second half was a more even affair, with both sides having chances to score. However, it was Midtjylland who found the net again, with Sverrir Ingason scoring in the 79th minute to level the scores at 3-3.

Osman, who is just 19 years old, has been a revelation for Nordsjaelland this season, scoring six goals and providing seven assists in 28 Superligaen appearances.
