Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Tanko hits target in Javor stalemate against Cukaricki in Serbian top-flight

Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Tanko was on target for Javor when they shared the spoils with Cukaricki in the Serbian top-flight on Saturday.

The 23-year-old was handed a starting role in his outfit away game against Cukaricki and made his presence felt in the encounter.

Serbian international Igor Miladinovic shot Cukaricki into the lead after just 15 minutes into the clash at the Stadion Cukaricki but the visitors responded quickly through the Ghanaian international.

Tanko found the back of the net in the 18th minute mark as both teams went to recess with a one goal apiece.

Serbian international defender Uros Drezgic restored Cukaricki’s lead in the 70th minute after connecting from Miladin Stevanovic pass.

The visitors restored parity nine minutes to full time though Luka Gojkovic after founding the back of the net from the spot as the game ended 2-2.

Tanko played full throttle of the match whiles compatriot, Samuel Owusu lasted 60 minutes.
