Ghanaian youngster Joseph Paintsil scored his first goal of the season for KRC Genk in their 4-0 win over Waasland-Beveren on Saturday night.
KRC Genk thumped Waasland-Beveren in their match-day four fixture at the Freethiel Stadion.
The visitors took the lead through 21-year-old's superb strike in the 21st minute of the game.
A second-half hat-trick from Tanzanian international Mbwana Samata handed KRC Genk all the three points.
Paintsil also provided an assist for one of Samata's goal as he lasted for 80 minutes of the match whiles his compatriot Thomas Agyepong made his debut for the home side.
He has made four league appearances and scored one goal, registering one assist for KRC Genk so far this season.
