Ghanaian international Kwabena Owusu found the back of the net on Sunday evening when his Cordoba side drew 2-2 with Algeciras in the Spanish Segunda B.
The two sides met on match week 8 of the ongoing 2019/2020 season in a bid to bag all 3 points to better their respective positions on the league standings.
Summer signing Kwabena Owusu was handed another start and ended his day with a goal for Cordoba. The on-loan attacker scored his side’s second goal of the match after Zelu had shot them in front.
They could however not hold on to the two-goal cushion and allowed the home to restore parity with two goals of their own courtesy strikes from Antonio Sanchez and Ivan Turrilo.
The Black Stars attacker lasted the entire duration of the match and impressed throughout his stay on the pitch.
Owusu now has two goals to his name and will be hoping to bang in some more as the season continues.
