Ghana and Halmstad BK striker Sadat Karim has hailed his side after securing an important away win over Trelleborg FF in the Swedish Superettan League on Saturday.
Halmstad BK won their second game in the Superettan League courtesy Rasmus Wiedesheim-Paul goal with just seven games played and are currently 13th on the league table.
The 27-year-old lasted the entire duration of the game as he helped his side pick up all three points at the Vångavallen.
“Important win away from home today. We still aiming for the ultimate price. Every game is a final. Thanks to all the fans that travel and cheered us today,” he posted on Twitter.
Since joining the club in the summer, Karim has been a key contributor to the club, playing all seven games and has scored once so far.
Before the start of the Superettan league, he had scored four in four in the Svenska Cup.
Halmstad will host GAIS on matchday 8, with the Ghanaian set to start again for HBK.
