Adil Titi, a midfielder of Ghanaian descent, has sealed a season long loan move to Swedish second division side IK Brage.
The 21-year-old left Swedish top flight side IFK Gothenburg due to playing time.
He featured for Norrby IF, another lower tier side in Sweden last season.
After the move was completed, Titi gave his thoughts.
''It feels good, interesting and exciting. A small change to leave the security in Gothenburg but I am completely convinced that this is the right choice for me,' Titi told the club's official website
''After talks with Klebér (Saarenpää) and the management, it was a very simple decision that I would belong to IK Brage over the 2021 season,''
''Both my former teammates Kouakou (Christian) and Jallow (Alexander) have talked very well about the club, the fans and the professional environment Brage has. The treatment I received today showed that everything they said was true.''
The Sporting director of his new club also issued a statement after the move was done.
''Adil is a really exciting player with a good understanding of the game, good passing foot, strong physique and can play in several positions, even if we see him mainly as a midfielder. A good dialogue with IFK Gothenburg and with Adil and his agent has resulted in us borrowing Adil for the 2021 season,'' Lundin stated.
Titi has played for the Swedish junior national teams.
