Ghanaian midfielder Augustine Boakye is having an impressive season with Wolfsberger AC in the Austrian Bundesliga, showcasing his exceptional talent and scoring prowess this season.

The former WAFA star delivered an outstanding performance as his outfit played out a 1-1 draw against Altach in the week 22 clash held at the Lavanttal Arena.

Boakye was handed a starting role when Wolfsberger hosted their opponent on Sunday evening in the top-flight.

The midfielder made a good account of himself after scoring to give his side the lead after just nine minutes into the game.

Altach wasted no time to restore parity, when Vesel Demaku fired home the equalizer in the 15th minute mark.

With no additional goal, the game ended in a 1-1 draw as both teams snatch a point.

The 23-year-old has now scored five goals and provided seven assists in 19 appearances so far this season for Wolfsberger AC.
