Ghanaian midfielder Ernest Agyiri set to join Cypriot side Enosis Paralimni

Ghanaian midfielder Ernest Agyiri is set to join Cypriot side Enosis Paralimni as a free agent ahead of the upcoming summer transfer.

The 22-year-old was released by Manchester City - bringing an end to his five-years stay at the club.

Agyiri has previously played for Valeranga and AS Tubize on loan before being given out to Cypriot outfit Enosis Paralimni in the same manner last summer where he was the club's best player.

He made 19 league appearances for Enosis Paralimni this season, scored three goals, and registered four assists as his side finished 10th on the league log.

According to Graphic Sports, Paralimni manager, Cedomir Janevski was very pleased with the output of the Ghanaian youngster during his loan deal and is eager to bring him back to the Municipal Stadium.

The former Black Starlets ace is s a natural offensive midfield role but can also operate as a second striker and is noted for his incisive passes and ability to take on defenders.
