Ghanaian international, Emmanuel Boateng has traveled to Sweden today to commence the new chapter of his career with Alpsburg after securing the needed work permit.

As reported by your most trusted online portal in August, Swedish side Alpsburg have reached a deal with Israeli giants Hapoel Tel Aviv.

The Swedish club in a bid to bolster its squad has paid €300,000 to the Israeli side for the services of Emmanuel Boateng.

Although the deal was agreed last month, the Ghanaian midfielder could not travel to Sweden.

This is because of a very complex bureaucracy in the authorities in Sweden with emphasis on issues relating to his work visa.

Finally this week, the 24-year-old has secured the needed documents and is in Sweden today.

He will officially seal the Alpsburg move this weekend and commence training with his new teammates.
