Ghanaian midfielder Francis Abu set sights on more appearances with Nordsjaelland in 2019/20 season

Ghanaian youngster Francis Abu has set sights on making more appearances for Nordsjaelland senior team in the on-going 2019/20 season.

The 18-year-old joined the Danish side from Right to Dream Academy and has featured in 10 games for the club, scoring two goals and providing two assists

Speaking in an interview with GHANAsoccernet.com, he shared his experience in the league so far and how quickly he has adapted to life abroad.

“I joined the team this July from Right to Dream Academy in Ghana. It was very difficult for me when I arrived due to the weather and particularly the food”, he said.

“The transition has been good so far and I can say the league over here is very competitive”

Abu also disclosed that his target is to play more games this  season and help the club to make the play-offs

“My target is to play more games for the senior side this season”

On Sunday, he scored for Nordsjaelland in their 2-1 defeat to Aalborg.
