Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Twum played an instrumental role as IK Start secured promotion to the Norwegian topflight league.

Twum came off the bench to help IK Start make a quick return to the topflight after just a season in the Norwegian First Division despite losing 4-3 to Lillestrom.

His introduction in the 71st minute sparked a spirited fight back from the Kristiasand side who were down by four goals in 60 minutes.

Martin Ramsland's hat-trick in the last 15 minutes ensured IK Start qualified to the topflight on away goal rule.

IK Start won the first leg 2-1 at home before losing 4-3 to progress 5-5 on aggregate.

The former Inter Allies midfielder made 27 appearances in the regular season before playing in the relegation play-offs.
